Streams · one file each

Four streams.

They never share a file.

Packaging goes to the packaging scheme, electronics to the WEEE register, batteries to the battery register — each with its own registration, its own declaration and its own calendar. Mixing them is the most common reason a file comes back. That is why this site counts in country × stream pairs rather than in countries, and why your quote names both.

The four

Each one has its own register, its own scheme and its own deadline.

A stream is a family of products with its own paperwork. You do not pick one — your products pick them for you, and most sellers owe more than they expect.

One product, three files

A Bluetooth speaker in a cardboard box is three streams, not one.

Nothing about it looks like three obligations. One SKU, one supplier, one shipment. But the box, the electronics and the cell inside answer to three registers and three declaration calendars — and a seller who registers once has two files missing.

  1. The cardboard box, the filler and the label Packaging 10 of 10 countries documented
  2. The speaker itself, because it is electronic WEEE 10 of 10 countries documented
  3. The cell sealed inside it, which you never see Batteries 10 of 10 countries documented

Three registers. Three scheme contracts. Three declarations, on three calendars. For one parcel.

The fourth stream is not on this list because a speaker has no textile in it. On a hoodie in a mailing bag the split is different, and shorter.

Country × stream

The unit is not a country. It is a country and a stream.

A filled cell means we hold a documented source for that pair. A ringed cell means we run the country but hold no source for that stream — which is not the same as saying you owe nothing there. The whole site rests on keeping those two apart.

The 10 countries we run, and the streams we hold a documented source for in each.
