About · 10 local entry points

The people who file your paperwork

are the people who publish this site.

You are about to hand company documents to somebody. This page says who that is in the only terms that can be checked from outside: the countries we operate an entry point in, the day we last read each one’s sources, what a person does before you are quoted, and what we refuse to put on a page.

  • 10Local entry points we run ourselves
  • 4Things a person checks before any quote
  • 14–27 August 2026When those sources were last read

Who files

A software company adds a form. We had to learn an administration.

Every country we opened started the same way: reading a national register in its own language, filing there, and finding out what it sends back. That is slower than writing a form, and it is the reason a row appears on our coverage table months after we started looking at the country.

  • We file, then we publish Each of the 10 sites in the list below is an entry point we operate. The guidance on them is written by the people who submit there, which is why it says what a register asks for rather than what a brochure says it asks for.
  • One account, 10 administrations The account, the quote and the dashboard live here. The register, the scheme and the language are national, and no European text has merged them. Both halves are true at once, and that is the whole product.
  • A person, before any quote Nobody's answers go straight to a price. What that person checks is listed below, and it is the same list whichever country you asked about.

The network

10 local entry points. Every one of them is ours.

These are not partners or resellers. Each one is a site we run, in a country whose register and scheme we have read, and each carries the date of that reading. Open any of them and you land on the same operation you are reading now.

Before any quote

Nobody's file is auto-submitted.

This is the part that decides whether the rest works. A person on our side reads every set of answers before a quote goes out, and these are the four things they are looking for.

  1. That you are on the right route

Where you are established and how you sell decide who places the goods on the market. Get this wrong and every file after it is wrong.

  2. That the streams are separated

A Bluetooth speaker in a cardboard box is three streams, not one. Mixing them is the most common reason a file comes back.

  3. That your data matches what the country asks

Some countries declare per material, some per unit, some both. We check the shape of your data before it goes anywhere.

  4. Whether a deadline is actually reachable

If a marketplace has given you a date we cannot make, you hear it before you pay, not after.

What we don't publish

The list we leave off is the one worth reading.

Anyone can write that they value transparency. These are the five things we could put on this site tomorrow, that would each make it convert better, and that are not here. Check any of them against the pages.

  • No number we haven't measured We publish no median response time and no median time to submission, because we have not measured either. /how-it-works says so where the figure would have gone.
  • No date on a country we haven't opened The 17 member states we don't run carry no opening date and no “coming soon”. A missed date on a compliance page costs more than a missing one.
  • No regulatory figure we can't source One article of the packaging regulation appears on this site, because it is the only one our sources document. No target, no threshold, no deadline is published out of a text we have not read.
  • No client logo, no testimonial Not until we hold written permission, and not invented in the meantime. There are none on any page today.
  • No compliance percentage You are compliant or not, country by country and stream by stream. An “87% compliant” score means nothing and exposes you legally, so the dashboard doesn't have one.

Ask us something only someone who files would know.

It is the fastest way to find out whether the paragraph above is true. A person reads what you send, and answers about the country you asked about.

Free. No card. A person answers.
