Pricing · per country, not per account

Our fee on one side.

Scheme fees on the other.

We publish what we charge. What the scheme charges depends on your volumes and materials, and it goes to them, not to us.

One account. One login. One dashboard. The fee is per country.

Open Italy and Spain and you pay for Italy and Spain. What the account buys you is one place to run them, one calendar and one set of documents, not one European price. We would rather say it here than let you find it on the quote.

What we charge, and what the scheme and the authority charge

What we charge

€299 a year, per country.

No setup fee, no tier, no different first year. Published, fixed, and quoted in writing before we start. It is the only line on your invoice that we decide.

What the scheme and the authority charge

Depends on your volumes, your materials and your country.

It's billed by them, and we never mark it up. We can't quote it either — but we can tell you how many declarations you owe, and what makes each one dearer or cheaper.

Every figure on this page is before scheme and authority fees.

Two plain printed sheets being set down side by side on a table, kept clearly apart.

One offer

One price, per country. It does not cover what the scheme bills you.

There is nothing to choose between. One marketplace deadline on one stream and a store that owes packaging, WEEE and batteries in the same country are the same fee. The work differs, the price does not, and you know it before you start.

€299per year, per country

No setup fee. No first-year rate. No tier. Before scheme and authority fees.

Price recorded 21 August 2026

  • Your registration prepared and submitted, for every stream you owe in that country
  • A written scope before anything is charged
  • The annual declaration, prepared and filed on that country’s calendar
  • Resubmission at no extra fee on a file we prepared
  • A person on the file when the register comes back
  • The dashboard, with the dates that follow

Your written quote lists each country on its own line, so you can drop one before you pay.

A worked example

Three countries, and the number in full.

A seller shipping into Italy, Spain and Portugal. This is the arithmetic, not an estimate: our half of the bill is a multiplication, and the other half is somebody else's price list.

  1. Countries openedItaly · Spain · Portugal
  2. Our fee, per country€299 × 3
  3. Our fee, per year€897
  4. Scheme feesEstimated separately, billed by the scheme

Open a fourth country and the line becomes €299 more. Close one and it becomes €299 less. That is the whole of our side, and it is the same in the first year as in the fifth. What the scheme charges is not in it and cannot be: it moves with your volumes and your materials.

The half we don't set

Four things move a scheme fee. None of them is us.

We can't quote it, but we can tell you what it turns on. That is enough to know whether your bill will be closer to the low end or the high one, and what would change it.

  • How much you put on the market

Almost every scheme bills on weight or on units placed on the national market over a year. Ship twice as much and the contribution follows.

  • What it's made of

Materials are not priced alike. A kilo of cardboard and a kilo of composite plastic carry different rates in the same country, which is why the data is asked for per material rather than as a total.

  • Which country

Each scheme publishes its own schedule, and revises it on its own calendar. The same shipment does not cost the same in two countries, and neither of them tells us in advance.

  • Which stream

Packaging, WEEE and batteries are billed by different bodies under different rules. Three streams in one country is three schedules, not one bill split three ways.

This is also why we don't publish an all-inclusive price: we would be quoting somebody else's schedule, and revising it every time they revise theirs.

Not in our fee

Five things we don't charge you for, and don't control either.

They are real costs and some of them are larger than ours. They are listed here rather than in a footnote, because a cost you discover on an invoice reads as a trap even when it is not one.

  1. Scheme fees

Billed by the scheme, on your volumes and your materials. We never mark them up.

  2. Authority fees

Registration and filing charges set by the national register.

  3. Environmental contribution

Italy's CAC and its equivalents. You stay the debtor, in your own name.

  4. Taxes

VAT and local charges, at the rate of the country that levies them.

  5. Guarantees

Some registers require a financial guarantee before they accept a file.

Our fee covers our work. It excludes fees charged by schemes and authorities, environmental contributions, taxes and guarantees, which are billed by those bodies and which we never mark up. Calculator results are indicative, not a quote.

shippeu.com is a private service. It is not an authority, a register or a collective scheme.

How we get paid

Nobody is charged before a person has read the file.

There is no checkout on this site. That is slower than a card form, and it is the reason nobody pays for work that turns out not to apply to them.

None of this is automated. The quote is written by a person and the link is sent by a person, which is also why the answer takes hours rather than seconds.

The other half of the bill

How many declarations you owe.

Four countries × three streams is twelve registers, twelve fee schedules and twelve calendars, and that count is what decides your bill. We hold it, so we show it. We do not hold any scheme's rates, so we don't print a figure we would be inventing.

See what I would owe

Indicative. Your file is reviewed by a person before any quote.

Questions about the bill

Four questions the price raises. Answered in full.

These four are the ones that decide whether the price makes sense to you.

Why isn't your price all-inclusive?

Because the part we don't control is variable. Scheme fees depend on your volumes and materials, and they're billed by the scheme. An all-inclusive price in this market either overcharges you or gets revised later. We'd rather publish the half we control.

Is it per country or per account?

Per country. The account, the dashboard and the calendar are shared across everything you open. The fee is not. Three countries is three fees, and your quote lists them separately so you can drop one before you pay.

What if the file is rejected?

It happens, usually because a product spec or a company document doesn't match. We tell you what came back, in plain English, and resubmit once it's fixed. No extra fee for a resubmission on a file we prepared.

Can't I just do this myself?

Yes, and some sellers do. It means a national portal in the local language, a scheme contract, and a declaration calendar per country. If you ship to one country, doing it yourself is reasonable. At three or more, the calendar is what breaks.

The other seven are on the questions page.

Year two, and the year after

The same figure, for as long as the country is open.

Registration is the start of a calendar, not the end of a job. The fee covers the year that follows, and the year after that costs the same: there is no first-year rate to fall off.

  • Year oneRegistration prepared and filed, and the first declaration that follows it.€299
  • Year two onwardThe annual declaration, the deadline tracking and a person on the file when the register comes back.€299
  • If you close a countryTell us before the renewal and it stops. We don't bill a country you asked us to close, and we tell the scheme you have left.—

Before scheme and authority fees.

You can't price a scope you haven't seen.

Tell us where your company is registered and where you ship. You'll see which countries and streams apply before anyone quotes you anything.
