The six questions

  1. Where is your company registered?

This decides your route. A seller established in the Union and a seller outside it do not carry the same obligation, whatever they ship.

  2. Which countries do you ship to?

Pick every country, even the ones you sell little in. Most obligations start at the first unit placed on the market, not at a turnover threshold.

    Countries we run

    Countries we don't run yet

Tick them anyway. We will say so plainly in your result, and knowing where you ship is how we decide what to open next.

  3. How do you sell?

If you sell more than one way, pick the one that carries the most volume. A marketplace and your own store lead to the same route. A local reseller does not.

  4. What do you ship?

Tick everything. Streams are filed separately, and mixing them is the most common reason a file comes back. Every product you ship has packaging, so packaging almost always counts.

  5. Roughly how much do you ship?

A range is enough. This one doesn't change what you owe. It changes what the scheme will bill you, which is the half of the cost we don't set.

  6. Where can a person reach you?

Your result appears on the next screen either way. The address is so someone can come back to you about it. No password, no account, and nothing is charged.
