Legal · Legal notice
shippeu.com is a private service. It is not an authority, a register or a collective scheme.
This page names the company that publishes the site, the company that hosts it, and the bodies we have no affiliation with. If something here is wrong, one address reaches a person.
Draft · not published
One company publishes this site.
shippeu.com is published by To be completedlegal name of the publisher, a To be completedlegal form registered under To be completedregistration number, and the register that holds it.
Its registered office is To be completedregistered office. Its VAT number is To be completedVAT number.
The person answerable for what is published here is To be completedname of the person answerable for the site.
ShippEU is the name of the service. The company that runs it is a separate thing, and this is the only section of the site where the two are told apart — everywhere else, “we” means the team that prepares and files your paperwork.
You write to one address, and a person answers.
Write to [email protected]. A person answers, 09:00–20:00 CET.
The same address takes a question about this page, a correction to a figure we publish, and a request about your own data. There is no ticket number and no queue: the mailbox is read by the people who do the filing.
The site runs on servers we name.
This site is served by To be completedname of the company that hosts this site, at To be completedaddress of the host.
Naming the host is not a formality. Someone who wants a page taken down and cannot get an answer from us has somewhere else to go. Where the data you send us is stored is a different question, and it is answered on the privacy page.
We are not an authority, a register or a scheme.
shippeu.com is an independent private service. It is not a government office, an authority, a register or a collective scheme, and it is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by MASE, CONAI, MITECO, Ecoembes, APA, SILiAmb, EDM register, EAK, VKS, EPRiBEL, Fost Plus, Valipac, Recupel, Bebat, ADEME, SYDEREP, Refashion, ZSVR, LUCID, Stiftung EAR, Rijkswaterstaat, Verpact, National (W)EEE Register, Stichting Batterijen, UPV Textiel, Mazowieckie Marshal, BDO, EOAN and EMPA. Each authority and each scheme decides independently whether and when to accept an application.
We name those bodies on almost every page, because naming them is what makes a page useful — “the relevant consortium” tells you nothing, CONAI tells you where your file goes. Naming them is also exactly why this paragraph has to exist. We file with them. We do not speak for them, and they have not vetted a word of this site.
Which register and which scheme applies to you, country by country, is on the coverage page.
We date every figure we publish.
Every regulatory figure we publish carries the day we last read its source. A threshold, a deadline or a scheme name without a date is worth less than no figure at all, because nobody can tell whether it is this year’s.
The dates are on the pages that carry the figures: the coverage page shows, country by country, the day we last reviewed the register and the scheme we name. We publish only what those dated sources support; anything we cannot verify stays off the page.
If you find a figure that has moved, write to [email protected]. That is faster than a formal notice and it is what actually gets the page fixed.
The names we cite belong to the bodies that own them.
MASE, CONAI, MITECO, Ecoembes, APA, SILiAmb, EDM register, EAK, VKS, EPRiBEL, Fost Plus, Valipac, Recupel, Bebat, ADEME, SYDEREP, Refashion, ZSVR, LUCID, Stiftung EAR, Rijkswaterstaat, Verpact, National (W)EEE Register, Stichting Batterijen, UPV Textiel, Mazowieckie Marshal, BDO, EOAN and EMPA: those names, and the names of the registers and schemes we file with, belong to the bodies that own them. We use them to say what we do and where we send a file. That use makes us neither their agent nor their spokesman.
